ProbabiliEats
ProbabiliEats is a web-based project built for a probability course that explores how statistical methods can be applied to everyday decision-making. Users input their groceries and expiration dates, and the app estimates the likelihood of food waste while recommending recipes to help use items before they go bad.
The application was built primarily in JavaScript, with rapid prototyping and iteration supported by AI-assisted development. I focused on translating abstract probability concepts into a user-facing experience that felt intuitive and useful, rather than purely theoretical.
My plan is to iterate on this class project and turn this into a real-world application that people can use.
